Description : SCOPE AND COVERAGE
The engagement shall be for the provision of security services for TESDA Regional Office III by providing two (2) Security Guards [one (1) Security Guard per shift on a twelve (12) hour duty] to be deployed at the TESDA Regional Office III located at Diosdado Macapagal Government Center, Maimpis, City of San Fernando, Pampanga.

PERIOD OF CONTRACT
The Service Agreement shall be for a period of eleven (11) months, renewable, subject to satisfactory performance and provision of Section 18 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of RA 12009. The eleven (11) months agreement shall be on February 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026.

APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT (ABC)
The ABC is Seven Hundred Seventy Thousand Pesos (Ph770,000.00) inclusive of all applicable government taxes.
