1. The Provincial Government of Northern Samar, through the SP Ordinance No. 41 series of 2024, dated 20 December 2024 (GF/Regular) intends to apply the sum of Twenty Five Million Pesos (₱25,000,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for NS-10-09-25-02: Provision of Security Services for the Provincial Government of Northern Samar (PGNS) Selected Offices. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Northern Samar now invites bids for the Provision of Security Services for the Provincial Government of Northern Samar (PGNS) Selected Offices. Delivery of the Services is required by 11 Months. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
