1) The Department of Budget and Management Regional Office 12 (DBM RO12), through the FY 2026 National Expenditure Program (NEP) intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Seventy-Eight Thousand Four Hundred Sixty and Twenty Eight Centavos (P 1,978,460.28) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) corresponding to the total cost of each item to be bid out, and the following Item Numbers 1 and 2 being the ABC to payments under the contract for each item. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
