Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES FOR THE PERIOD COVERED JANUARY TO DECEMBER 2026

1) The Bureau of Animal Industry, through the GAA Fund intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Nine Million Five Hundred Thirty-One Thousand Five Hundred Ninety-Four Pesos and Fifty-Eight Centavos (P29,531,594.58) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Provision of Security Services for the Period Covered January to December 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Bureau of Animal Industry now invites bids for Provision of Security Services for the Period Covered January to December 2026. Delivery of the Goods is required 12 months upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
