A. One (1) Security Guard
1. Basic Daily Rate should be at least P 360.00 plus COLA of P 15.00
2. 13th Month Pay equivalent to One (1) month pay
3. With Five (5) days incentive Leave Pay
4. With unioform allowance (RA 5487)
5. With Retirement Benefit
6. At least High school Graduate
7. Physically and Mentally fit to work
8. Must have a Police Clearance, NBI Clearance, & Medical Certificate
9. Required to work on weekdays including Special Holidays and Regular Holidays except Saturday and Sunday with minimum of 10hours of duty (7am to 6pm)
10. Contract period of 12months from January to December 2024
11. Issued firearm must be licensed
12. Security Guard must have complete uniform and paraphernalia
