1) The Local Government Unit of Donsol, Sorsogon, through the General Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Eight Hundred Sixty-Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Fifteen Pesos and 44/100 (P 2,868,715.44) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
