Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR Provision of Security and Janitorial Services for January to December 2026 for DEPDev Regional Office XII

1) The DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMY, PLANNING, AND DEVELOPMENT REGIONAL OFFICE XII, through the FY 2026 National Expenditure Program (NEP) intends to apply the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Thirty-Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty-Eight Pesos and Seventy-Six Centavos Only (Php 1,839,758.76) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Provision of Security and Janitorial Services for January to December 2026 for DEPDev Regional Office XII.

Lot No. 1 - Provision of Security Services - Php 1,243,498.20
Lot No. 2 - Provision of Janitorial Services - Php 596,260.56

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
