TERMS OF REFERENCE
Provision of Security Services for F.Y. 2025

INTRODUCTION

The Department of Agrarian Reform Provincial Office (DARPO) of Zamboanga del Sur shall engage the services of a Security Agency in accordance with Republic Act 11917, also known as “The Private Security Services Industry Act”, that will provide duly licensed, adequately trained, and armed security guards to secure and safeguard the employees, the office building, equipment, vehicles and other office properties, including its premises and immediate vicinity from theft, pilferage, robbery, arson, and other unlawful acts of strangers, third parties and /or its employees and maintain peace and order thereof at all times for the year 2025.
