  Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR
  PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES FOR DSWD FO V OFFICES
  1) The Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office V, through the
  NGA, the General Appropriations Act, or Special Appropriations, intends to apply
  the sum of Five Million Two Hundred Thirty-Nine Thousand Thirty-Six Pesos and
  Sixty-Four Centavos (₱5,239,036.64). being the Approved Budget for the Contract
  (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES
  FOR DSWD FO V OFFICES. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically
  rejected at bid opening.
  2) The Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office V now invites bids
  for the PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES FOR DSWD FO V OFFICES using the
  procurement strategy of Competitive Bidding. Delivery of the Services is required
  from May to December 2026 after issuance of a Notice to Proceed by the PE.
  Bidders should have completed, at least Ten (10) years from the date of submission
  and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder
