Description : The Department of Social Welfare and Development - Field Office Caraga, through the
General Appropriations Act for C.Y 20254 intends to apply the sum of Fourteen Million
Three hundred Seventy-two Thousand Five Hundred Seventy-two Pesos and
50/100 (Php14,372,572.50) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to
payments under the contract. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Department of Social Welfare and Development - Field Office Caraga now invites
bids for the above procurement project. The term of the contract shall be effective for
Nine months, from February 1, 2026 until October 31, 2026. Bidders should have
completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids,
