Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
PROVISION OF SECURITY SERVICES FOR DENR REGIONAL OFFICE NO. 2 FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2026

1) The Department of Environment and Natural Resources Regional Office No. 2, through the Fiscal Year 2026 National Expenditure Program (NEP) intends to apply the sum of Four Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 4,200, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Provision of Security Services for the DENR Regional Office No. 2 for Calendar Year 2026 with project identification number DENR R2 EPA RBAC-01-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The DENR R2 now invites bids for one (1) year provision of security services at the main DENR R2 office and at the Rogelio B. Baggayan Nature Park and Wildlife Center which is an Early Procurement Activity (EPA). Delivery of the Goods is required for the period January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026.
