Description : The Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Provincial Office hereinafter referred to as “Procuring Entity” (PE), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites interested parties to submit price quotation for the Provision of Security Services for CY 2026 through Section 34 (Small Value Procurement) of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act (R.A.) No. 12009 for a period of one (1) year from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. The Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) is ONE MILLION FORTY SIX THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED THIRTY SEVEN & 76/100 ONLY (Php1,046,737.76).
Please submit your duly signed form including the Terms and Conditions (Annex A) together with the following documents not later than November 28, 2025 at 10:00am.
a. Valid PhilGEPS Registration Certificate (Platinum Membership) (all pages)
b. Mayor-s/Business Permit;
c. Income/Business Tax Return;
d. Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement and if applicable, Original Notarized Secretary-s
Certificate in case of a corporation, partnership, or cooperative; or Original Special
Power of Attorney.
