Description : Provision of Security Services CY 2026

1. The Department of Agrarian Reform Regional Office No. V (DARRO V) through the National Expenditure Program for Calendar Year 2026 intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION NINE HUNDRED SIXTY-SIX THOUSAND EIGHTY PESOS AND THIRTY-SIX CENTAVOS (P 1, 966,080.36), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract of Provision of Security Services for CY 2026 (Procurement Project ID No. DARROV-2512). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected.

2. The Department of Agrarian Reform Regional Office No. V (DARRO V) now invites bids for

Provision of Seven (7) Licensed Security Guards for the period January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 for the DAR Regional Office V and CARP Development Center

Performance of the services is required following the Matrix as appearing in the Schedule of Requirements and Technical Specifications.
