Description : 1) The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office - Cordillera Administrative Office (DA-RFO-CAR), through the 2026 National Expenditure Program (NEP) intends to apply the sum of Thirteen Million Two Hundred Thirty-Four Thousand Nine Hundred Forty-Three Pesos and Thirty-Seven Centavos (P13,234,943.37) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Provision of Security Services for 11 Months (32 Security Guards in Support to GASS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The DA-RFO-CAR now invites bids for Provision of Security Services for 11 Months (32 Security Guards in Support to GASS. Supply and delivery of the Goods shall begin upon receipt of the approved Notice to Proceed and the required completion is 90 days. Bidders should have completed, at least ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
