PROCUREMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Approved Budgetary Requirement:
(Note: 30,000.00 per guard per month for CY 2026 x 2 guards x 12 months, inclusive of tax obligations and statutory payables e.g. SSS, Pag-ibig and Philhealth)
No. of hours/duty per day: 12 hours per guard
Terms of Service: January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026

PLACE OF ASSIGNMENT, WORK SCHEDULE, and SCOPE OF SERVICES:
CDA Region VIII Extension Office, New Bus Terminal Compund, Brgy. 91, Abucay, Tac. City

A.) The agency shall assign one (1) Security Guard per shift (or 2 guards SHIFTING SCHEDULE) to man the perimeters of the office as well as all the properties, equipment and vehicles.
B.) The guards shall take turns in shifting at CDA office everyday to man the premises.
C.) Ensure the safety of CDA official, personnel and its clients/guests from harassment, threat, or intimidation within CDA premises.
D.) The Contractor shall make available, at its own expense, such number of relievers as may be necessary, who are ready to take over the duty...
