  INVITATION TO BID FOR
  Provision of School P. E. Uniforms for all public elementary pupils to include ALS Learners of Lemery District
  1) The Municipality of Lemery through the Annual Budget 2026 intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Eight Hundred Thirty Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-Two Pesos and 80/100 (₱8,830,332.80) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Provision of School P. E. Uniforms for all public elementary pupils to include ALS Learners of Lemery District. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2) The Municipality of Lemery now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required for 30 cd. Bidders should have completed contracts similar to the Project.
