Description : 1. The Department of Education Schools Division of Toledo City through the 2024 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Two Hundred Thirty Pesos and 11/100 (895,230.11) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Provision of Security Services for SDO Toledo City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. Department of Education Schools Division of Toledo City now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required for twelve (12) months starting from May 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
