  1) The Municipality of Binalbagan, through the budget approved by the sangguniang bayan 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Seventy Four Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy One Pesos (P 2,974,971.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Provision of Renewable Energy-Based Electrification for Municipal Facilities at Binalbagan Negros Occidental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
