  Invitation to Bid for Proposed Provision of Renewable Energy-Based Electrification located at Barangay Katilingban
  
  1) The City of Talisay, through the DILG LGSF 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 2,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Proposed Provision of Renewable Energy-Based Electrification located at Barangay Katilingban. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2) The City of Talisay now invites bids for Provision of Renewable Energy-Based Electrification. Completion of the Works is required 90 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 90 Calendar Days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
