  1) The Local Government Unit of Paranas, through the Special Appropriation Fund intends to apply the sum of Php 2,500,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Provision of Renewable Energy-Based Electrification, Brgy. Tula, Paranas, Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected a bid opening.
  
  2) The Local Government Unit of Paranas now invites bids for Provision of Renewable Energy-Based Electrification, Brgy. Tula, Paranas, Samar. Completion of the Works is required Sixty 60 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
