  INVITATION TO BID FOR
  PROVISION OF RENEWABLE ENERGY-BASED ELECTRIFICATION AT BRGY. SAN ROMAN
  
  1. The Local Government Unit of Victoria, Northern Samar, through the SBDP CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Seven Pesos and 18/100 (Php 4,999,967.18) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROVISION OF RENEWABLE ENERGY-BASED ELECTRIFICATION AT BRGY. SAN ROMAN under Project Identification Number LGU-PI-2025-02-07PB. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The Local Government Unit of Victoria, Northern Samar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required for Ninety (90) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
