1) The Municipality of Binalbagan, through the budget approved by the sangguniang bayan 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P 2,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Provision of Renewable Energy-Based Electrification at Brgy. Paglaum, Binalbagan Negros Occidental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Binalbagan now invites bids for Provision of Renewable Energy-Based Electrification at Brgy. Paglaum, Binalbagan Negros Occidental.
