The Municipal Government of Tangalan, Aklan through the GENERAL FUND intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED ELEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (PHP 111,500.00) ONLY being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROVISION ON REFILL OF OXYGEN TANK in Tangalan, Aklan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
