Description : The Bureau of Soils and Water Management (BSWM), through the General Appropriation Act for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Sixty-Six Thousand Three Hundred Pesos (PhP 1,566,300.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Provision for Quarterly Preventive Maintenance of various Air-conditioning Units in BSWM Central Office for CY 2025- IB NO: BSWM 2025-02-035. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The BSWM now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Services shall be STRICTLY completed Quarterly and in accordance with the Terms of Reference. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
