Description : Technical Specifications:

Delivery: The supplier shall deliver clean, healthy, and safe purified drinking water for PMO NCR South Office.

Quantity: Twenty-five (25) units of 5-gallon water containers per day, not exceeding a maximum of 10,560 units of 5-gallon over twelve months.

Dispenser Units: The supplier shall provide twenty-five (25) units fully functional hot and cold-water dispensers, free of charge, for the duration of the contract (please see Annex “D” - Distribution List)

Maintenance: Monthly maintenance checks and cleaning of the water dispensers every 4th Saturday of the month, with the proof of service attested by the Head of the General Services Unit (GSU) of the RMD-Administrative Section.

Repair and Replacements: Repair or replacement of water dispenser units within the same day or, at most, the following day upon receipt of the report/call. Replacement of units within 48 hours upon determination of defective units.

Water Analysis: Monthly water analysis from a DOH-accredited Water Testing Laboratory (Microbiological Test). Once a year (Physicochemical Analysis).
