1. The Research Institute for Tropical Medicine (RITM), through authorized appropriations under GAA intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTEEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED THIRTY SEVEN PESOS AND 68/100 ONLY (P1,815,237.68) being the Approved Budget for Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Project: PROVISION OF PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE OF PCAV PRODUCTION OF REVERSE OSMOSIS WATER TREATMENT (RE-BID) with reference no.: BAC-IB no.: 2025-B-175. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The RITM-BAC now invites bids for the above-mentioned Procurement Projects. Delivery of the Goods shall be based on Section VI (Schedule of Requirements) indicated in the Philippine Bidding Documents (PBD).
