1. The Local Government Unit of Cabarroguis, through the Supplemental Budget No. 1 Series of 2025- LBT- 5% LDRRM Fund 2025- (LDRRMO- Disaster Response- Provision of PPEs (Rubber Boots with Steel Toe, Rain Coat, Hard Hut and etc.) intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos (Ᵽ 140,000.00) inclusive of VAT being the ABC to payments under the contract for Provision of PPE-s (Rubber Boots with Steel Toe, Raincoat, Hard Hat and etc.) with identification number LGUCQ-GOODS-2025-0010 with the following specifications. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
