4.The Local Government of Pamplona, Camarines Sur, through the MEDF 2025-2 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Thirty One Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Five Pesos (Php431,925.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Provision of Potable Water System (Jetmatic Pumps)/100-25-01-077. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Local Government of Pamplona, Camarines Sur, through the MEDF 2025-2 intends to apply the sum Four Hundred Thirty One Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Five Pesos (Php431,925.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
