1) The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), through the Bids and Awards Committee-A (BAC-A), invites prospective suppliers to participate in the negotiation for the Provision of Photocopying Services for TESDA Central Office for FY 2025 in accordance with Section 53.1 and Annex “H” of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. (RA) 9184.

2) TESDA, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) for FY 2025, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Four Hundred Thirty-Five Thousand Fifteen Pesos and 52/100(P2,435,015.52) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at opening of sealed quotation.
