- Perform the necessary photo and video documentation in the duration of the activity, including capturing video footage and photos
-Provide necessary team/crew to perform the services which includes but not limited to professional photographer, videographer, editor/s and assistant/s
-Ensure high quality of captured full video coverage/footage and still images
-Provide full video coverage for the activity (full video and audio recording for event documentation); and
-Video highlight reel of 3-5 minutes for the activity
-Same-day edit video (coverage of whole event) to be presented on the same day before the end of the program (sort summary of events)
-Should provide HARD DRIVE for the videos and photography, including PHOTO ALBUM with High Quality 4R (4in x 6in) size Photo Print
