Invitation to Bid

for the

Provision of P.E. and School Uniforms to Children Enrolled in the Early Childhood Care & Development (ECCD) Program of PSWDD for SY2025-2026

1. The City Government of Pasay, through the GENERAL FUND CY2025 intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Eight Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (Php 9,880,000.00), being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Provision of P.E. and School Uniforms to Children Enrolled in the Early Childhood Care & Development (ECCD) Program of PSWDD for SY2025-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Pasay, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Expected completion of delivery for the said project is within thirty (30) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
