  Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
  PROVISION OF PDEA TACTICAL UNIFORM FOR DEOBC TRAINING PROGRAM
  
  1) The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA), through the General Appropriations Act of 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Ninety Six Thousand Pesos (₱2,196,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Provision of PDEA Tactical Uniform for DEOBC Training Program with Bid Reference No. 2026-08. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2) The PDEA now invites bids for the Provision of PDEA Tactical Uniform for DEOBC Training Program . Submission of the actual samples is required within Thirty (30) Calendar Days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed and the delivery of goods is required within Forty-Five (45) Calendar Days from the date the approved actual sample is received. Bidders should have completed, within the last ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
