Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROVISION OF PDEA TACTICAL UNIFORM FOR THE DEOBC CLASS 22 TRAINING PROGRAM

1. The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Two Hundred Seventy-Two Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-Four Pesos (P1,272,334.00) being the Approved Budget of Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROVISION OF PDEA TACTICAL UNIFORM FOR THE DEOBC CLASS 22 TRAINING PROGRAM with Bid Reference No. 2025-43. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Submission of the actual samples is required within Thirty (30) Calendar Days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed and the delivery of goods is required within Forty-Five (45) Calendar Days from the date the approved actual sample is received.
