  1. The City Government of Pasay, through the GENERAL FUND CY2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Million One Hundred Eighty Five Thousand Pesos (Php 4,185,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Provision of Packed Meals for the conduct of the Implementation of Strategic Road Clearing for the period April to December 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The City Government of Pasay now invites bids for the Provision of Packed Meals for the conduct of the Implementation of Strategic Road Clearing for the period April to December 2026. Expected completion of delivery for the said project is within the Activity Date.
