Description : Invitation to Submit Quotation for

“Provision of OSCA ID, Medicine Booklet and Commodities,
Solo Parent ID to be used in the Office of Senior Citizen”

1. The Municipal Government of Hagonoy, Bulacan, through the General Fund FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifty Two Thousand Pesos (Php 152,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “Provision of OSCA ID, Medicine Booklet and Commodities,
Solo Parent ID to be used in the Office of Senior Citizen”. Quotations received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of quotation.

2. The Municipal Government of Hagonoy now invites bidders for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 1 calendar day. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project for the last two (2) years.
