Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
PROVISION OF ONION SEEDS TO FARMERS

1. The Provincial Government of Tarlac, through the General Fund, intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Ninety Six Thousand Three Hundred Pesos Only (Php 996,300.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Provision of Onion Seeds to Farmers / B-G-2025-292. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Tarlac now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Fifteen (15) days. Bidders should have completed, regardless of the number of years prior to the date of submission and receipt of bids, at least one contract similar in nature and complexity to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regul...
