Description : The Tariff Commission (TC), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), will conduct a Negotiated Procurement under Section 53.9 (Small Value Procurement) of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184 known as “Government Procurement Reform Act” for the Provision of One Year Cloud-Based Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery Plan (BCP-DRP) Solution (TC-NPGDS-2025-14). The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (₱750,000.00), inclusive of taxes and fees, sourced from RA No. 12116 or the General Appropriations Act, Fiscal Year 2025.
