INVITATION TO BID

PROVISION OF ONE (1) YEAR MAINTENANCE SUBSCRIPTION FOR EXISTING AND NEW ADOBE LICENSES: PERIOD 2025-2026

1. The National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA), through the FY 2025 National Expenditure Program (NEP), intends to apply the sum of Six Million Eight Hundred Seventy-Six Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Pesos & 00/100 (PhP6,876,320.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Provision of One (1) Year Maintenance Subscription for Existing and New Adobe Licenses: Period 2025-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The NEDA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required as stated in the Section VI (Schedule of Requirement). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project within the last five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
