Description : The Public Attorney-s Office will undertake a procurement transaction for the purchase of the following:

ONE (1) UNIT AIR CONDITIONER ( 2 HP, SPLIT-TYPE, FULL INVERTER TYPE - WITH INSTALLATION COST)

through Small Value Procurement (Section 53.9, 2016 Revised IRR of R.A. 9184), for the use of the PAO - Lianga District Office, Lianga, Surigao del Sur. The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is SIXTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (Php 65,000.00) inclusive of government taxes and charges.

The Office hereby invites all interested suppliers or distributors to quote their lowest price on the item listed on the Price Quotation Form (Annex “A”) subject to the General Conditions stated herein.
