Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROVISION OF OFFICE SUPPLIES AND IT EQUIPMENT INTENDED FOR BPLO
1. The Local Government Unit of Roxas, Palawan, through the 2025 Annual Budget intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety Six Thousand One Hundred Seventy Three Pesos & 89/100 (Php 496,173.89) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the PROVISION OF OFFICE SUPPLIES AND IT EQUIPMENT INTENDED FOR BPLO, Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government of Roxas, Palawan, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), now invites bids for the PROVISION OF OFFICE SUPPLIES AND IT EQUIPMENT INTENDED FOR BPLO Delivery of Goods is required within 30 calendar days. Goods shall be delivered on site. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
