Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROVISION OF NON-FOOD RELIEF ITEMS OF THE MALABON DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT OFFICE

1. The City Government of Malabon, through the 2025 Annual Budget (AB) pursuant to City Ordinance No. 18-2024 intends to apply the sum of FOUR MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY-THREE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY PESOS and 40/100 (P 4,993,740.40), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROVISION OF NON-FOOD RELIEF ITEMS OF THE MALABON DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT OFFICE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Malabon now invites Bids from eligible Bidders for the PROVISION OF NON-FOOD RELIEF ITEMS OF THE MALABON DISASTER RISK REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT OFFICE. Delivery of goods is required within the period specified under Section VI. Schedule of Requirements.
