Description : 1. The Cebu Port Authority, through the 2021 CPA Corporate Budget intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million Ninety-Seven Thousand Ninety-Two Pesos and 8/100 (Php 12,097,092.08) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Provision of New High Mast Light Towers for CIP Container Yard @ CIP Complex, Cebu Baseport with CPA Project ID 2021-14-IN (CO). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Cebu Port Authority now invites bids for the above Procurement Project with the work items given below. Completion of the Works is required within 180 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
