INVITATION TO BID FOR
PROVISION OF MEDICINES/ VITAMINS FOR SENIOR CITIZENS (JANUARY-MARCH 2025)

1. The Local Government Unit of Anao, through its authorized appropriation under the CY 2025 General Fund intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thirty-Five Thousand Pesos (PhP 135,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Project Provision of Medicines/ Vitamins for Senior Citizens (January-March 2025) located at Barangay Poblacion Anao, Tarlac. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of Anao now invites bids for the Project Provision of Medicines/ Vitamins for Senior Citizens (January-March 2025). Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty (30) days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project worth at least 50% of the ABC.
