1. The Department of Health, Batanes General Hospital (Procurement under Alternative Method of Procurement -Small Value Procurement) invites local traders/dealers/distributors who can submit the best offer for the
Provision of Medical Supplies.

The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under contract for Item No. 1 is PhP87,500.00.

3. Delivery period shall be 30 calendar days upon receipt of Purchase Order.
