MUNICIPALITY OF MADRIDEJOS

Invitation to Bid for Provision of meals for visitors and working staff for Suroy Suroy Sugbo 2025

1. The Municipality of Madridejos, through the SPA- Socio-cultural Activities (Annual Cultural Development Program) intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Three Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty Five Pesos and 00/000 (Php 603,725.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Provision of meals for visitors and working staff for Suroy Suroy Sugbo 2025 - MAD 001-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Madridejos now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by one (1) day after receipt of PO/Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
