Description : 1. The Municipality of Nabas, Aklan through its local budget approved by the Sanggunian, intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Two Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos and 00/100 (P 902,700.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract of the Provision of Meals, Venue and Accommodation (Gender and Development (GAD) Year End Assessment and Seminar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Nabas now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Provision of Meals, Venue and Accommodation (Gender and Development (GAD) Year End Assessment and Seminar, preferred location is in Boracay Island, Malay, Aklan. Completion of the supply of goods is required within one (1) month from start of Contract.
