1. The Department of Education - Schools Division of Negros Oriental, through the General Management and Supervision (GMS) - CO Funds (OSEC-7-25-02962) intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Twenty Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos (Php 1,320,800.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Provision of Meals, Venue and Accommodation for the Capacity Building for School Heads on Acquisition of Land Ownership for Public Schools in the Province of Negros Oriental - Rebid.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Education - Schools Division of Negros Oriental now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within
