Description : The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF BAMBAN through the General Fund for the 2025 Budget intends to apply the sum of SIX HUNDRED NINETY THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 690,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “PROVISION OF MEALS, SNACKS AND OTHER MATERIALS, AND RENTAL OF VENUE/ACCOMODATION OF ARTISTS FOR THE VARIOUS ACTIVITIES OF BAMBAN FESTIVAL”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF BAMBAN now invites bids for “PROVISION OF MEALS, SNACKS AND OTHER MATERIALS, AND RENTAL OF VENUE/ACCOMODATION OF ARTISTS FOR THE VARIOUS ACTIVITIES OF BAMBAN FESTIVAL” using Competitive Bidding. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 days after the issuance of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least three years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
