Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR Provision of Meals and Snacks for various Tourism Events, Meetings, Programs and Activities through Framework Agreement

1) The Municipality of San Jose, through the General Fund (OMOE - Plans and Programs - Tourism Culture and the Arts Program) intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Eleven Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Pesos Only (₱ 711,550.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Provision of Meals and Snacks for various Tourism Events, Meetings, Programs and Activities through Framework Agreement / sjom-goods-0017-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Municipality of San Jose now invites bids for the above procurement projects using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB) and single year Framework Agreement. Delivery of the Goods is required in accordance with Section VI - Schedule of Requirement after issuance of a Call-Off or any date determined by the Procuring Entity (PE).
