Description : Invitation to Bid for Provision of Meals and Snacks for Various Tourism Events, Meetings, Programs and Activities through Framework Agreement
1. The Municipality of San Jose, using a single year Framework Agreement through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Four Thousand Nine Hundred Pesos Only (Php 204,900.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Provision of Meals and Snacks for Various Tourism Events, Meetings, Programs and Activities through Framework Agreement / sjom-goods-0083-2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of San Jose now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods shall be in accordance with Section VI - Schedule of Requirement after issuance of a Call-Off or any date determined by the Procuring Entity (PE). Bidders should have completed, within three years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
